Questions about collecting my kit

Can someone else collect my kit?

Yes. If you cannot attend, send that person with your mandatory gear for inspection, the signed kit collection authorization form (with your name, distance and category) and a signed copy of your ID. You must have already uploaded your signed liability waiver and the other requirements for your distance through the documents form. Download the form at the bottom of this page.

Which documents should I bring?

Only your ID. The copy of your ID, the liability waiver, the medical certificate and the race certificate (the last two only for the 80K and 100 miles) are uploaded beforehand through the form in the Runner guide.

What documents do minors need?

The minor authorization form, signed by a parent or the responsible adult, in addition to the documents uploaded beforehand in the runner form. The form must also be presented on paper at kit pick-up.

What if I don't bring my complete mandatory gear?

You won't receive your kit. Presenting all the required gear, complete and in good condition, is mandatory. We ask for it for your safety and well-being: some items are key in an emergency.
